Order knowing exactly what to expect.
Quality, sizes, production, shipping, payments, accounts and privacy — organized so you can find the right answer quickly.
What resolution should my photo be?
The configurator automatically calculates effective resolution for every size. In addition to that indicator, a 2TDeco specialist manually reviews every file before printing.
What happens if my photo quality is not good enough?
We contact you before production. In roughly 99% of cases, a higher-resolution upload solves the issue. If we cannot achieve a result we can stand behind, we refund the order rather than produce an unacceptable canvas.
Will the colours match my screen?
Our professional workstations and printers are calibrated to industry practices, and operators measure colour directly on the print under controlled lighting. Personal phones and displays can still vary in brightness and colour.
Will my photo be cropped?
Sometimes slightly. The configurator detects your image ratio, recommends matching sizes, and lets you move and zoom the photo before ordering. The preview reflects the crop you choose.
Can I preview the canvas in a room before ordering?
Yes. The room visualizer shows your crop and selected size proportionally in different scenes to help you judge scale.
Which canvas edge finish can I choose?
Gallery Wrap extends the image across the 1.5-inch sides. Solid Color keeps the photo on the front and prints your chosen colour on the sides.
Does the canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes. All required hanging hardware is included so your canvas arrives ready to hang.
How long are the inks designed to last?
The professional ink system we use is rated for up to 100 years for colour and up to 200 years for black-and-white under appropriate display conditions. Actual longevity depends on the display environment.
Where are your canvases made?
Every 2TDeco canvas is printed, stretched, inspected and packed in our workshop in L'Île-Perrot, Quebec.
How long does production take?
The current production lead time is 2 business days. The lead time shown on the site is the time required to produce your order before it ships.
Do you really review every file?
Yes. Every order receives a manual prepress review. Quality is then checked during printing, stretching and again at packing. At least three specialists inspect the product before it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to eligible continental destinations in Canada and the U.S. Non-continental or unsupported destinations may require a separate arrangement.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is generally 1–2 business days in Eastern Canada and up to 5 business days elsewhere. Carrier transit times remain estimates.
How do you protect the canvas during shipping?
We manufacture boxes for our shipments with proper protection and padding. Our packaging has been tested in drops of up to 30 feet without damage to the product.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. Send a photo of the package and a photo of the damage; we'll replace the canvas.
What if there is a production defect?
If there is a printing, stretching or finishing defect caused by us, we provide a free reprint.
How is payment handled?
Payment is securely processed by Stripe. 2TDeco does not receive your full card number, and an order enters production only after payment is confirmed.
How are taxes calculated?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax rules.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account remains optional.
Why create a 2TDeco account?
An account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses and keep your purchase history in one place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not entered production. Contact us as soon as possible.
Are my photos private?
Yes. They are used only to prepare, produce and support your order. They are never used in our advertising without your permission, and production files are deleted after the 3-day shipping-damage reporting window has expired.
