Your photos stay your photos.
We use your files only to prepare, produce and support your order unless you separately give us permission to do otherwise.
Information we collect
When you order, we collect the account, billing, shipping and support information needed to complete the sale. Stripe processes payment data; 2TDeco does not receive your full card number.
Uploaded photos
Original files and previews are stored privately and are not published on the public web. They may be accessed by authorized team members who need to review the file, produce the canvas, perform quality control or resolve an order issue.
Manual review
Every production file is reviewed by a 2TDeco specialist. If its quality appears insufficient, we use your order contact information to reach you before printing.
Photo retention
Abandoned temporary uploads may be removed automatically. For a paid order, we retain the file only as long as needed for production, shipping and the short service period after delivery. Production files are deleted when the 3-day shipping-damage reporting window has expired.
Marketing use
We do not sell your photographs and we do not use them in advertising, portfolios or social media without your explicit permission.
Cookies and preferences
Essential cookies support the cart, security, language, checkout and the privacy-minimized internal statistics described below. They remain active to operate and improve the service. Detailed Attribution and Marketing are disabled by default until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy preferences” in the website footer.
Essential first-party measurement
A random first-party browser identifier lets us count visitors, visits, page views and key purchase-journey stages, including upload, add to cart, checkout start and purchase. This internal measurement remains active when “Essential only” is selected and does not store the content of your photographs or your card number. In this mode, attribution is limited to a coarse category based on the current referring site when available; UTM tags, advertising click identifiers, the full referrer URL and the temporary attribution cookie are not retained.
Optional detailed attribution
If you allow Detailed Attribution, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers and referring-site details may be associated with our internal statistics. When consent is first granted, this information may be held in a temporary cookie for up to five minutes so it survives the page reload, after which that cookie is removed.
Meta / Facebook
If you allow Marketing and Meta is enabled by 2TDeco, the browser may send Meta standard ecommerce events such as page views, add-to-cart, checkout start or purchase, along with commercial information such as order value. When Conversions API is configured, 2TDeco may also confirm a verified paid purchase to Meta’s server to improve campaign measurement; customer matching fields are normalized and hashed where Meta requires it. The content of your uploaded photograph is never sent to Meta by these integrations.
Security
Account and administration areas require authorization. Original production files do not have permanent public URLs and access is controlled by browser session, account or administrator rights.
